She initially worked with my mother selling our grandmother's house and she made it through that process- that house had an accepted offer first day. I knew that I would want to work with her, not because the house was under contract so quickly, but because she dealt with my mother and it out sane! Anyway, I finally decided that I would look at house and she always made it seem like a fun thing- being honest about things that may not be the best suited for me and always having ideas ( even though we apparently saw an unproportionate amount of houses where I was too tall doe the stairs... I finally offered on a house - that deal fell through and she was very re-assuring and we found the house I ended up buying - it was FSBO, so it probably was way more difficult na potentially annoying to deal with on her end ( and definitely more work), but I am so grateful I had her to help and share this with! (Also, Lacey is super adorable and hip and cool - I can't say enough good things about her) Thank you!
